We are seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, and relationship‑building in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, including:
• Policy inquiries and coverage explanations
• Policy changes, transfers, and billing inquiries
• Claim intake and assistance
• Work with the agent to achieve sales and marketing goals
• Present insurance solutions to new and existing clients

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable presenting and speaking with customers

Licensing Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
